The Riverfront will throb with the sounds of The Mighty Sparrow, Karen Smith and steel pan music will ride the waters of the Connecticut River as the Hartford Steel Symphony brings the distinct Caribbean sounds to the region. Limbo dancers will thrill the crowds as fire-eaters light up the night skies and Ruff Stuff Band from New York will take the audience on a musical journey to the warm Caribbean.
