Vando Palmer, manager of customer service and communication at the NWA, told The Gleaner that "we are going to start the geotechnical assessments during the course of this month and by the end of March we should have a design for the bridge completed." He said "the geotechnical information is what we will use to determine the specific design of the bridge."
