With 29 years of policing in the United Kingdom, Mr. [Mark Shields], comes with a wide range of experience in crime fighting and intelligence gathering. In this regard, he is no stranger to the Jamaica Constabulary Force as he led the investigation into the police fatal shootings at Kraal, Clarendon, and has given advice on investigations involving kidnappings.
DCP [Charles B. Scarlett] has served in various capacities in the Jamaica Constabulary Force for more than 35 years. He was a member of the Directorate at the Police Staff College at Twickenham Park and served also as a staff officer to the Commissioner of Police. DCP Scarlett has benefited from a number of overseas training at the RCMP in Canada and the Bromshill Police College in the United Kingdom where he pursued studies in the Executive Development Programme in Strategic Command.See the full content of this document
