The High Commissioner of Guyana to Canada, H. E. Rajnarine Singh reminisced on his first meeting Doobay back in Guyana in 1996. "He is a man with a vision. He saw that the Diaspora could make a vast contribution to the advancement of Guyana," said Singh, who also announced that he will return to Guyana when his post will as high commissioner will end this year.See the full content of this document
